<p>Wouldn&#8217;t it be a kick to go to the fair and all of a sudden find out that you had $5000.00 waiting for you to collect?</p>
<p>I think it would be awesome.</p>
<p>How many deep fried Oreos could that buy?  I am really just kidding about that, but the fact that state governments set up booths at state fairs to give back unclaimed money is true.</p>
<p>For instance in New York this year at the UppleUmpkin Festival on Sept. 25-26 New Yorkers can easily discover iof they have any $$$ coming back to them. The state employees will be there from 9  to 5.</p>
<p>I suggest checking your local papers as well.</p>
